Anthony “Andy” Massey
Andy is a U.S. Navy veteran, author, and discipleship leader who founded Rooted Legacy Ministry in 2025. He is the author of Fatherhood & Faith and other works on discipleship and leadership, and serves as an EMAW Ambassador and Trail Life ministry liaison. Andy leads the ministry’s conferences, curriculum, and global partnerships across Jamaica, Tanzania, Botswana, and Malawi. He and his wife Anell live in Mint Hill, North Carolina, with their three children.
Anell Massey
Anell serves as Secretary of the board and has been a co-laborer in the ministry from its founding. She is the author of Every Woman in Worship, a discipleship study for women. Married to Andy since 2007, she helps shape Rooted Legacy’s educational, discipleship, and family-ministry initiatives, with a heart for helping women and families grow spiritually and lead intentionally across generations.
Patrick Massey
Patrick serves as Chairman of the Board, providing governance and accountability for the ministry’s mission and stewardship. He supports Rooted Legacy’s vision of raising up the next generation of believers grounded in God’s truth.
