Rooted Legacy Ministry was founded in April 2025 out of a simple conviction: the next generation will not inherit a faith we never intentionally hand them. Families are stretched thin, young believers face a skeptical culture, and too many churches are watching their children drift away.
We exist to reverse that drift — cultivating generational faith, leadership, and service through Christ-centered education, mentorship, and outreach. From discipleship curriculum and Bible reading plans to men's ministry, fatherhood mentoring, and youth leadership development, everything we do aims at one outcome: a lasting legacy of faith, passed down on purpose.
Andy Massey is a U.S. Navy veteran (2000–2020), author, and ministry leader based in North Carolina. Alongside his wife Anell and their three children, Andy serves as an Every Man A Warrior (EMAW) Ambassador and Trail Life Troop Ministry Liaison, mentoring men, fathers, and young leaders through discipleship groups, conferences, and leadership training.
His books and curriculum — including Fatherhood & Faith, Escaping the Lukewarm Church, and How the Church Is Failing the Next Generation — combine theological depth with practical strategies for families, churches, and leaders.
